Your love pattern · attachment style
Why do you love the way you do?
Some of us reach for closeness, some of us need room, and some of us want both at once. The pattern was set long before your first love, and it shapes every relationship since. Three minutes of honest answers will show you yours.

The four styles
Every style is a way of staying safe in love. None is a verdict, and every one can grow more secure.
Secure
You find closeness comfortable and independence easy: you can love without losing yourself.
Anxious
You love deeply and feel distance sharply: closeness calms you, and silence can feel like a threat.
Avoidant
You value your freedom and keep your feelings close: too much closeness can feel like pressure.
Fearful-avoidant
You long for closeness and brace against it at once: love feels both necessary and risky.
How it works
1
Sixteen statements
About how you feel in close relationships. There are no right answers; go with your first instinct.
2
Two scales
Your answers give two scores: how much you worry about being left, and how much closeness makes you want space.
3
Your style
Where the two meet is your attachment style, and your report reads it for your life now.

Questions
Is it free?
The questionnaire and your preview, with your style and your two scores, are free. The full report is an optional one-off purchase, with no subscription.
Is this scientific?
Attachment theory is one of the best-studied ideas in psychology, from John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth to the two-scale model of adult attachment used in research today. Our sixteen statements are our own, written on those two scales. The report is for self-reflection, not a clinical test.
Can my style change?
Yes. Researchers call it earned security: steady relationships and self-understanding make people of every style more secure over time. Your report shows how.
How long does it take?
About three minutes. Each statement moves on as soon as you answer.
Is my data stored?
Your answers travel in the link to your report and are not kept on our servers.
